What is wrong with Virat Kohli's captaincy?

Kohli gets the starting XI wrong.
He dropped Ajinkya Rahane for first two tests in South Africa ,Dropping Bhuvneshwar for second test after being Second best batsman and Best bowler in the first test .
Making Karn Sharma debut instead of Ashwin in his first test made India lost by 48 runs while Nathan Lyon ended up with 12 wickets. keep on giving chances to Kl Rahul who scored one century and one fifty played all Test matches in 2018.
Virat changed his team in every match for his first 39 Tests as Captain.
Kohli doesn't read the pitch well.
Picking Kuldeep Yadav on a Wet Pitch in England test, Kuldeep hasn't done any mystery.
Picking no Spinner in the Perth test while Nathan Lyon picked 8 wickets in the test. He doesn't use his resources efficiently
Defensive Approach towards Tailenders
If you look at the India tests Overseas, Our Bowlers are doing fabulous job picking early wickets but the Tailenders have become a great trouble for India
Instead of attacking approach,he makes the Tailenders to Settle and Score runs with defensive approach .
Many matches in Overseas are taken away from the Tailenders. Sam Curran was the difference who took two wins from India in England. Look at the Tailenders score in last two tests in Australia , Tailenders gave a heart stroke by pulling the chase close to 31 runs. Setting a huge target in the fourth innings of Second test.
Using the DRS ineffectively
Poor usage of DRS, out of the 93 Reviews Kohli has won just 15 times ( analysis till England Series) in Test Cricket.

Handling tough Situations.
Kohli needs a Composure in Crunch Situations Virat never won the games with his tactics in the fielding from tough situations ,he won single handedly many games with bat from unexpected Position but in Captaincy it's rare
Final and the Most Important one .
The Coach- Ravi Shastri.
Every leader needs a mentor who can guide him during difucult times and criticizes analysing his flaws You can't find such in Ravi Shastri.
Virat has lost Only One Test on Indian Soil but losing many games Overseas despite winning as a Batsman every time but losing as Captain.
Still Virat is the Second Most Successful Captain of India , if he Can Correct this mistakes you can find him winning every test Overseas and Tournaments and will become the Best Captain , Cricket ever had
